Among them, (略),(略) tons / year high-density polyethylene; (略)sets of,(略) 0,(略) tons / year high-density polyethylene; (略)sets of(略) 0,(略) tons / year full-density polyethylene; (略)sets of1 # (略) 0,(略) tons / year polypropylene; (略)sets of2 # (略) 0,(略) tons / year polypropylene. 2.（有兴趣或被邀请）的潜在投标人可从中招国际招标有限公司得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。 Potential bidders (who are interested in or invited) can obtain further information and access to the bidding documents from China Cntc International Tendering Corporation 3.对投标人的资质要求 Qualification Requirements to Bidders 1)投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件； The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required; 2) 国内制造商需提供《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》（压力管道元件制造）；国外制造商须提供所投产品特种设备型式试验证书和《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》（压力管道元件制造）（投标人须提供证书的扫描件）。 Domestic manufacturers shall provide Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China (manufacturing of pressure pipe components); foreign manufacturers shall provide type test certificate of special equipment of the invested products and Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China (manufacturing of pressure pipe components) (the bidder shall provide scanned copy of the certificate). 3）投标产品中防爆电磁阀、电动执行机构和限位开关须具有中国国家强制性产品认证证书，（投标人须提供证书的扫描件）。 The explosion-proof solenoid valve and limit switch in the bidding products shall have the national compulsory product certification certificate, (the bidder shall provide the scanned copy of the certificate). 4）本项目不接受代理商投标； This project does not accept agent bidding； 5）自(略)年7月1日至投标文件递交截止时间前7日（以合同签订时间为准），投标产品（气动或电动开关球阀）在中国境内具有聚烯烃装置的供货业绩，业绩合同中提供的产品须与本次投标产品一致。供货业绩合同中至少包含1台(略)寸及以上固定球硬密封球阀和至少包含1台温度不高于-(略)度的低温硬密封气动或电动开关球阀。须提供销售合同的扫描件（含双方盖章页、项目名称、货物名称、供货数量、签订日期页）和签字版技术协议的扫描件（应体现项目名称、装置规模、供货清单），未按上述要求提供或提供信息不全，则视为无效业绩。 From July 1, (略) to 7 days before the deadline for submission of tender documents (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidding products (pneumatic or electric switch ball valve) shall have the supply performance of polyolefin plant in China, and the products provided in the performance contract shall be consistent with the bidding products. The supply performance contract contains at least one hard sealed ball valve of (略) inches and above and at least one low-temperature hard sealed pneumatic or electric on-off ball valve with a temperature not higher than-(略) degrees. The scanned copy of the sales contract (including the sealed page of the parties, the name of the project, the name of the goods, the supply quantity, the signing date page) and the scanned copy of the signed technical agreement (the project name, the size of the equipment and the supply list) shall be provided.
